Question 1

What is the difference between Same Day and Next Day delivery?

Accepted Answer

Same Day means we collect and deliver your consignment within a few hours on the day you book — direct vehicle, no warehouses, no delays. Next Day is our cost-effective overnight service: we collect today and guarantee delivery by close of business the following working day.

Question 2

What are the collection cut-off times for each service?

Accepted Answer

Same Day collections should be booked by 13:00 for guaranteed same-day delivery. Next Day collections must be booked by 16:00 for guaranteed delivery before close of business the next working day.

Question 3

How do I book a Same Day, Next Day or pallet collection?

Accepted Answer

Book by phone on 07710 281 197, via WhatsApp, or by requesting a quote through the form on this page. We confirm availability, price and ETA within minutes.

Question 4

What is a pallet courier service in York?

Accepted Answer

Pallet courier York means your pallet stays on one dedicated vehicle from collection to delivery — no depots, no cross-docking. We carry standard UK pallets (1200×1000mm) and Euro pallets up to ~1,000kg, with tail-lift collection available for heavier or awkward loads.

Question 5

How quickly can you collect a pallet in York?

Accepted Answer

We target collection within 60 minutes of booking for York postcodes and most of North Yorkshire. Leeds, Sheffield and wider Yorkshire collections typically start within 1–2 hours. Book before 13:00 for same-day pallet delivery, or by 16:00 for guaranteed next-day service.

Question 6

Are pallet deliveries fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every pallet courier booking includes fully comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance as standard. High-value or fragile pallet freight can be discussed at booking so we confirm the right cover level and handling method.

Question 7

Are the drive times on the coverage map exact?

Accepted Answer

No — the drive times shown are approximate estimates based on typical road conditions between our York HQ and each town. Actual collection times depend on live traffic, weather, and your exact pickup location.

Question 8

Is every consignment fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all goods in transit are covered under our fully comprehensive insurance policy. Standard cover is included on every job at no extra cost.

Question 9

How do I know I'm getting the best price?

Accepted Answer

We monitor local courier rates across Yorkshire and aim to beat any like-for-like written quote for the same service level. No hidden fuel surcharges or weekend premiums on standard bookings.

Question 10

What sizes and weights can you carry?

Accepted Answer

Our fleet covers everything from a single envelope or small parcel up to full pallet loads. Standard pallets (1200×1000mm) and Euro pallets, up to ~1,000kg per pallet with tail-lift collection.

Question 11

Can you deliver outside Yorkshire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day and next-day services run from any Yorkshire collection point to anywhere in mainland UK — including Manchester, Birmingham, London and Scotland.

Question 12

What proof of delivery do you receive?

Accepted Answer

Every consignment includes signed POD plus a photo of the goods at delivery, emailed to you on completion.
